Concierge, in-home, and on-site facility appointments are scheduled by request and based on audiologist availability. Virtual Tinnitus Coaching sessions are held through HIPAA-compliant video or telephone calls. Virtual services may not be appropriate for every patient, and our audiologists may recommend an in-person visit when needed.
Treatment results vary from person to person. While we use evidence-based best practices with every patient, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome from any hearing aid, tinnitus treatment, or other service.
