Caroline Millsaps, Au.D.

Dr. Caroline Millsaps is an audiologist with a passion for evidence-based and patient-centered care. Her clinical background spans comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations, tinnitus counseling, hearing aid fitting, and advanced vestibular assessment. Dr. Millsaps serves as our mobile/outreach audiologist where she is proud to be able to meet with patients in their homes to provide greater access to care. 

Prior to joining the Charlotte team, Dr. Millsaps served patients in Ear Nose and Throat clinics in both Hickory and Mooresville NC. Across these roles, she developed and implemented tinnitus management programs, worked with patients across the lifespan, and collaborated with physician colleagues.

Dr. Millsaps is a North Carolina native. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-A) and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the North Carolina Audiology Association. She is also  a Certificate Holder in Tinnitus Management (CH-TM).
