Kristen Swindall

Kirsten Swindall is the friendly first point of contact for patients at Audiology & Hearing Services of Charlotte. With more than 20 years of professional experience, including nearly a decade in academic administration at East Tennessee State University, she brings exceptional organizational skills, genuine warmth, and a deep commitment to making every patient feel welcome and cared for.

As a hearing aid user herself, Kirsten has firsthand appreciation for the challenges and hope that come with improving one's hearing. That personal experience shapes how she approaches every patient interaction, whether she's scheduling appointments, helping troubleshoot a Bluetooth connection, or simply making sure patients feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Her background in caring for children with complex medical needs also gives her a natural ability to meet patients of all ages and circumstances with patience and compassion.

Outside of work, Kirsten keeps busy with a variety of creative pursuits, from weaving and crochet to 3D Diamond Art. She cherishes concert outings with her youngest child, exploring everything from folk and pop to K-pop. At home, you'll often find her curled up with her cats and a good sci-fi or fantasy novel.
